Walk and Talk

Solvitur ambulando (it is solved by walking)

As part of my commitment to supporting purpose-driven leaders, I offer a limited number of free Walk and Talk sessions each month in the Dandenong Ranges.

These sessions are for people navigating a business or impact challenge who are open to stepping outside, disrupting their routine, and thinking differently. Walking side by side in nature creates space for reflection, clarity, and problem-solving in a way that sitting across a desk rarely does.

There's growing evidence about the importance of nature and green spaces for our health and wellbeing. Walk and Talk sessions combine the benefits of movement and the natural environment—whether it's a reflective stroll along a gentle track or a focused march through the forest. Many people find that walking helps break through mental blocks, while the calm of being outdoors brings fresh perspective.

If walking isn't your thing, sitting is an option too.

How it works

We'll start with a brief video chat to get to know each other and make sure this is the right fit. If we decide to go ahead, I'll send you a booking link and ask for a little background on your challenge so we can make the most of our time together.

During the session, we'll walk (or sit) and talk through what's on your mind. It's conversational and collaborative—part reflection, part problem-solving. The focus isn't on solving everything at once, but on helping you see things differently and leave with clarity and practical next steps.

I don't provide a written summary, but you're welcome to take notes or request an audio recording if you'd like to revisit the conversation later.
